Position Overview

A prominent insurance defense firm is hiring an experienced litigation paralegal for its Birmingham office. The role covers the full litigation lifecycle: case management, discovery, reviewing medical records and preparing chronologies, subpoenas, deposition and trial preparation, and attending depositions, mediations, and trials, with billable-hour tracking.

Qualifications

Associate degree in Paralegal Studies plus a paralegal certificate, a bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience.

Experience

Minimum 5 years of law firm experience, preferably in litigation.
