As President and founder, I bring a background in sales, human capital management, and business operations — not the traditional recruiting route. My career has given me a deep understanding of how businesses actually operate, the challenges they face, and what makes the right hire critical to their success.

I played a key role in the growth of PM Pediatric Urgent Care, where I was intimately involved in opening and operating 30 locations across the Northeast. Being part of that day-to-day growth gave me a true understanding of what it takes to staff and run a fast-growing operation — hiring right, at pace, without lowering the bar.

At Paychex, I worked in Human Capital Management extensively with law firms, gaining a firsthand understanding of how legal practices run — their operations, their staffing needs, and what the wrong hire really costs. That work is what led me into legal recruiting.

That experience is the foundation of First Tee Staffing. We don't just recruit for legal organizations — we understand them.
